You will serve as the primary contact for customers, delivering guidance, responding to inquiries, and offering tailored service. Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and support customers as they enter the store, providing expert advice and product suggestions.
- Deliver comprehensive information regarding products, services, and promotions to aid customers in making informed choices.
- Facilitate product demonstrations and guide customers throughout their purchasing journey.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist the sales team in reaching store objectives by actively promoting products and upselling when suitable.
- Support inventory management tasks, including restocking shelves and maintaining attractive product displays.
- Operate the cash register and ensure accurate and efficient transaction processing.
- Keep the store environment clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to provide the highest level of service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and a positive work environment.

- Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
