We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Pastoral Support Officer to join our team at Outwood Academy City Fields. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in improving attendance and supporting the well-being of our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out home visits to identify the reasons behind student absences and work with families to develop strategies to improve attendance.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to provide targeted support to students who are struggling with attendance.
