About the Role

As a Health & Wellness Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering health improvement programs to individuals and groups. You will be responsible for providing expert advice on nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices, as well as designing and delivering engaging workshops and sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and group consultations on nutrition and health improvement
  • Develop and deliver engaging workshops and educational materials
  • Assess individual needs and create personalized health plans
  • Promote healthy lifestyle choices and behavior change
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements

  • A BSc in a Sport & Exercise Science or Nutrition related BSc OR a REPS level 3 in Personal Training qualification
  • Previous experience in nutrition with a passion for health improvement
  • Previous experience in 1:1 or group delivery
  • A full drivers license and access to a vehicle
