Senior Associate, Client Service Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Corporate Trust, Client Service team in Manchester, UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of loans and working closely with external clients to resolve complex day-to-day issues.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of loans, ensuring high client experience levels and supporting multiple complex client accounts.
- Oversee transaction management, including cash and trade management, report review, and preparation of portfolio performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with lead managers and group managers to ensure seamless execution of work.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the client experience.
- Prepare and distribute notices to clients and syndicate lenders as required by the credit facility.
- Calculate interest rates and distribute rate set notices.
- Track and pay multiple lenders in a single interest period, removing lender of record claims.
- Bill and collect principal, interest, and fee payments from clients and distribute funds to syndicate lenders.
- Collect financial statements and compliance requirements from clients and forward to syndicate lenders.
- Process lender assignments and maintain the official lender register.
- Support the implementation of alternative reference rates in accordance with published conventions.
- Develop strong working relationships with front office relationship managers.
- Identify and resolve complex issues, serving as a high-level escalation point.
- Experience in corporate trust or a related field in the financial markets/securities industry, with specific experience in facility/security agent roles.
- Strong client management experience and ability to review deal governing documents.
- Experience in loans (syndicated, bilateral, real estate) is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of the products administered by the group and thorough understanding of risk management and control practices.
- Ability to proactively monitor and manage activities performed within our business partners outside of Ireland.
- Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills, judgment, and experience to analyze information.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft packages, particularly Excel.
