About the Role

Magnus James, a specialist recruiter for the property industry, is seeking an Estate Agent Sales Progressor to join their team. This is a rare, exciting part-time opportunity for an individual to work in a well-respected Estate Agency in Tetbury.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end sales process, taking the property from offer accepted to exchange day.
  • Liaise with partner agents to ensure a smooth conveyancing process.
  • Respond to emails and keep in contact with clients, advising them throughout the process.
  • Gather required documents to complete the sale.
  • Respond to queries and arrange conference calls.

Requirements

  • Previous Estate Agent Sales Progressor experience is desirable, or, have legal/conveyancing experience.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A natural instinct for problem solving and impeccable organisation skills are essential.
  • A persuasive can-do approach with excellent attention to detail is needed for this role along with the ability to prioritise and manage a diverse caseload.
  • You will be target driven, eager to do whatever it takes to ensure a smooth completion process.
