Magnus James, a leading independent Estate Agency brand, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their award-winning team in Twickenham. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking and attending lettings viewings and valuations to showcase properties to potential clients.
- Generating new business through face-to-face and phone interactions, building strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Organizing and managing pre-tenancy paperwork to ensure seamless transactions.
- Negotiating lets to secure new tenancies and meet business targets.
- Updating property listings and online portals to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Striving to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets, driving business growth and success.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging marketing materials that showcase properties and attract new clients.
Requirements:
- Previous lettings experience, ideally at a Senior Lettings Negotiator level, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong IT skills and technology savviness, with the ability to adapt to new systems and tools.
- Negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and secure new tenancies.
- Target-driven and ambitious, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.
- Excellent organizational skills and punctuality, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
