**Estate Surveyor**:

- Competitive

This role will be fully office based role at the Arora Goup head office in Heathrow area.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the mixed use portfolio and carrying out regular site visits;
- Providing professional advice to all departments regarding commercial property or estate management matters;
- Responsible for all landlord and tenant matters, lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals assignments, sub-letting, alterations and budgeting/forecasting.
- Liaising with our property management accountant to ensure rent reviews are triggered and correct rent is demanded in accordance with the lease;
- Negotiating all estate matters arising under existing leases of premises for both directly managed buildings and external agent managed buildings.
- Responsible for letting of vacant properties and liaising with leasing agents;
- Ensure the tenancy schedule is up to date on a weekly basis;
- Assist in the Service Charge management and budget;
- Supporting the Head of Property and Property Director on general portfolio administration
