Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Lettings Manager to promote the business and develop positive relationships with tenants and landlords.
  • Promote available properties to prospective tenants through various communication channels.
  • Arrange and conduct viewings in a professional manner, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
  • Negotiate tenancy agreements with both parties, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update the company database system, performing ad-hoc administration duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in Lettings or Estate Agency.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
