We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at TSG Building Services plc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full ledger duties from beginning to end, ensuring accurate and timely processing of subcontractor payments. This will involve setting up new subcontractor accounts, verifying online information with CIS/Inland Revenue, and reconciling relevant statements prior to payment runs.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and reviewing subcontractor ledger control accounts
- Entering relevant information into the company cash book on a monthly basis
- Maintaining and updating the subcontractors register to ensure all documents are up to date and valid
- Resolving queries with subcontractors and internal staff quickly and effectively
- Investigating and resolving any queries/issues relating to payments of subcontractors and ensuring risks are minimised
The ideal candidate will have two years industry experience and excellent communication skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
