The Team

Our Dispute Resolution & Litigation team in Belfast specializes in various forms of commercial litigation, particularly focusing on disputes within the corporate, real estate, energy, technology, and financial services sectors. Our modern office fosters a collaborative culture and provides an excellent environment that supports a blend of office and remote working, tailored to our caseload requirements.

We represent a remarkable array of large national and multinational corporations, including High Street banks, financial institutions, and FTSE 250 clients. Our team delivers a comprehensive suite of advisory and litigation services encompassing all facets of commercial litigation.

The Role

Our Belfast team is seeking a commercial litigator with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) and a proven track record in handling disputes within the commercial sector.

Joining our team offers you the chance to influence the growth and success of our practice. You will play a vital role in mentoring and supervising junior colleagues while actively contributing to business development initiatives. We recognize that at this stage in your career, you may have an existing client base. You should currently be part of a commercial litigation team and possess experience managing a busy caseload.
