Payroll and Finance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Payroll and Finance Administrator to join our team at Birkenhead School. As a key member of the Finance team, you will be responsible for administering the payroll, maintaining accurate fee and billing accounts, and recording cash transactions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including fee and billing accounts
- Record and reconcile cash transactions, including banking and petty cash
- Provide administrative support to the Finance team as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
- Proficiency in financial software and systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
