Our client is in search of a seasoned
AWS Billing Operations Manager to ensure the effective and timely execution of their
AWS billing processes each month.

This position entails collaborating with relevant departments to improve workflows, address billing inquiries, and deliver high-level support to account teams and clients in conjunction with the
AWS Practice Leader.


Monthly
AWS Billing Process:
Contract &

Onboarding Management:
Supervise
AWS contracts and onboarding to guarantee seamless and accurate delivery.

Invoice Reconciliation:
Download and reconcile invoices with billing data, including generating multiple purchase orders.

Order Processing:
Accurately process orders in accordance with operational protocols, ensuring proper tagging and gross profit allocation.

Excel Costing Sheets:

AWS

Statement Reconciliation:
Validate payment amounts against prior billing, addressing any discrepancies or irregularities.

Query Management:
Serve as the primary contact for
AWS customer and internal inquiries, responding within a 4-hour service level agreement.

Data Import & Cross-Referencing:
Collaborate with partners to import and cross-reference data.

Rebate Calculation & Claiming:
Calculate and claim rebates through cash received and credit notes.

Relationship Building:
CRM Management: Ensure accurate opportunity logging in the CRM system.

Forecasting & Account Mapping:
Assist the
AWS Practice Leader with forecasting and account mapping responsibilities.

Net New Deal Logging:
Record new agreements with Amazon to maximize gross profit.

Report Generation:
Create reports including white space,
AWS revenue, and rebate generation.

Customer QBR Data Preparation:
Prepare data for quarterly business review meetings.

AMEX Payment Account Reconciliation:
Oversee and ensure timely payment of AMEX accounts.

Educational Qualifications:
Minimum A-C GCSE in English & Mathematics (ESSENTIAL)
