Finitas is seeking a skilled Casualty Claims Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our claims department, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of UK and international casualty claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with solicitors, customers, brokers, experts, and insurers to develop a strategy for timely and cost-effective resolution of complex claims.
- Proactively manage claims, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, brokers, and insurance partners.
Requirements
- Significant proven claims handling experience, with a focus on casualty classes.
- London or Lloyd's insurance market background.
- Previous experience of ECF preferred.
