About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Building Surveying team in Nottingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Surveyors and working on a variety of projects across different sectors, including retail, public sector, commercial, education, and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Surveyors and provide guidance and support to ensure they deliver high-quality work
  • Work on project management, stock condition surveys, reports, dilapidations, party wall, and design specifications
  • Develop and coach team members to ensure they provide excellent service to our clients
Requirements
  • MRICS qualified with experience in building surveying
  • Keen to work for a leading consultancy and develop your career in a large business
  • Ability to work in a team management position and help develop a team
