We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join our Building Consultancy department in Nottingham. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clients to provide expert advice on commercial property matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough building surveys and prepare detailed reports
  • Develop and implement repair and refurbishment strategies
  • Prepare and negotiate schedules of dilapidations and exit strategies
  • Develop planned preventative maintenance plans
  • Conduct building reinstatement cost assessments
  • Assist with coordination of portfolio instructions and undertake other duties as required
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • MRICS (building surveying) qualification with proven experience in a commercial consultancy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
