Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil/Structural Engineer to join our award-winning Building Structures Team in Birmingham. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing the production of designs for our clients, which are technically innovative, ethical, sustainable, responsible, and fair.

About the Role

  • Lead the structural engineering delivery of small projects, including the management of small focused project teams to deliver to agreed deadlines and budgets.
  • Design common structural materials and have a good understanding of current design standards and working practices.
  • Develop projects from concept to construction stage.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, design teams, and third parties.
  • Support and guide more junior members of the team.
  • Effectively manage your time to meet project deadlines.
  • Build client relationships and identify business opportunities.
