Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Clinical Instructor to join our team at Utah State University. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring nursing assistant students in a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement curriculum for nursing assistant training programs
  • Supervise and evaluate student performance in clinical settings
  • Collaborate with program coordinators and instructors to ensure seamless program delivery
  • Provide guidance and support to students to ensure successful completion of program requirements
  • Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of student progress

Requirements
  • Master's degree in nursing or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing education or related field
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Utah
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
