Customer Success Manager

Pareto Law is seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to join their team. As a key member of the Account Business team, you will be responsible for delivering on revenue and profit margin targets, devising account plans, and working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver on assigned revenue and profit margin targets
- Devise account plans and strategy development for a defined group of existing customers
- Work collaboratively with the wider Account Business and New Business teams
- Manage relationships with customers, representing their interests and actively listening to determine how the company can help them
- Ideally educated to degree level
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- A competitive basic salary of £25-30k
- OTE/Commission taking your total package higher, to an initial £40k total salary
