About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to join our team at IN n OUT Autocentres. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of your centre and team, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and revenue targets through effective management of sales teams and operations
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of customer satisfaction and quality service
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel
  • Ensure efficient management of stock and ordering requirements, minimizing waste and maximizing profitability
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to raise the profile of the centre and attract new customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a management role within the automotive industry
  • Proven track record of managing customer relations and leading a team to achieve exceptional results
  • Full driving licence and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
