About the Role

As an Automotive Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for driving business performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of automotive professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage and maintain a high-performing team, providing coaching and training to ensure excellent results
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy working environment
