About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to join our team at IN n OUT Autocentres. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of your centre and team, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of technicians and support staff to deliver high-quality vehicle services and repairs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage centre operations, including stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the national customer care team to resolve customer complaints and issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a management role within the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of managing customer relations and leading a team.
  • Full driving licence and ability to work flexible hours.
