Job Title: Multi-Trade Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Carpenter to join our client's team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks, including reactive and planned repairs and maintenance, internal refurbishment projects, and external works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out repairs to the fabric of a building and external works, including carpentry, hanging doors, skirting boards, architraves, patch plastering, painting, basic plumbing, brickwork, slabbing, and roofing.
  • Independent working, as well as team working when needed across various sites.
  • Travelling between multiple sites per day.
Requirements:
  • Experience within reactive and planned maintenance within commercial settings.
  • Valid CSCS Card.
  • Asbestos Awareness.
  • Full Clean UK Driving Licence (desirable).
  • Enhanced DBS to be taken prior to commencing the role (desirable).
  • NVQ level 2 minimum in your primary trade (desirable).
  • IT literate.
  • High standard of work.
  • Good communicator.
