Nurse - Adults with Learning Disabilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Assessment and Treatment Unit for adults with learning disabilities at Eastway in Chester. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with individuals with complex needs, providing person-centred care and developing tailored plans to support their recovery and well-being.
Main Responsibilities- Assess and plan care for individuals with learning disabilities, taking into account their complex needs and requirements
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support
- Develop and implement person-centred plans, ensuring that individuals receive the best possible care and support
- Take charge of shifts and provide management supervision to Clinical Support Workers
- Participate in service developments and contribute to the improvement of care and services

- Registered Learning Disability Nurse or due to qualify this year
- Experience of working with adults with learning disabilities, particularly those with complex needs
- Ability to assess and plan care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals

- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
