Midwifery Career Opportunity

We are seeking a Registered Adult Nurse to join our team and embark on a two-year, full-time Master's programme in Midwifery. This programme is provided jointly with Sheffield Hallam University and the Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

As a midwife, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to women and their babies throughout their pregnancy, labour, and postnatal period. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, competent, and confident midwifery care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the provision of high-quality midwifery care and the appropriate use and development of resources.
  • Work through a recognised Midwifery Preparation programme as directed by the NMC.
Requirements
  • Currently Registered Adult Nurse with a minimum of 12 months experience in practice.
  • First degree (2:2 or above) or Advanced Diploma in Nursing.
  • Evidence of recent study (within the last 10 years).
