Job Title: Graduate Sales Designer

At Nicholas Associates Group Limited, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Graduate Sales Designer to join our team. As a Graduate Sales Designer, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: Accurately measure and demonstrate windows, doors, porches, and roofline products, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Sales and Service: Address sales goals, adjust to customer needs, and close sales, while demonstrating confidence and product expertise.
  • Problem-Solving: Display a genuine caring approach, helping customers solve problems and fill the needs their home currently lacks.
  • Product Expertise: Demonstrate excellent product knowledge, understanding the wide range of features and benefits.
  • Compliance: Comply with legal requirements of the FCA when demonstrating finance options.
