Job Summary:
Nicholas Associates Graduate Placements is seeking a talented Graduate Designer to join our team. As a Graduate Designer, you will be responsible for meeting with homeowners to provide support and help create their dream home, offering different suggestions and options to suit their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building effective relationships with all stakeholders and ensuring these contribute to business success through exceptional customer service.
- Accurately measuring for windows, doors, porches, and roofline products.
- Addressing sales goals and adjusting to customer needs to close a sale.
- Demonstrating confidence to the customer, explaining the quality of the product and the benefits of industry-leading products.
- Displaying a genuine caring approach and helping the customer solve problems to fill the needs that their home currently lacks.
- Demonstrating excellent product knowledge and understanding of the wide range of features and benefits.
- Complying with legal requirements of the FCA when demonstrating finance options.

- Superb timekeeping and diary management.
- Polite, courteous, and enthusiastic approach with the ability to develop excellent customer relations.
- Great listening skills and ability to encourage the customer to express their needs.

- First Class communication skills with the ability to inspire, inform, and captivate the customer in all aspects of your role.
