About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Unique Training Solutions. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our service users, ensuring their dignity, independence, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to service users, including assistance with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication management.
  • Support service users in achieving their desired outcomes, promoting independence, and enhancing their quality of life.
  • Monitor and maintain the health, well-being, and mobility of service users, reporting any concerns or changes to the care team.
  • Assist service users in managing their domestic tasks, personal resources, and social connections.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a caring role, preferably in a community or residential setting.
  • Training in Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, First Aid, and Moving & Handling.
  • NVQ Levels 2&3 in Care or equivalent qualifications.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car with relevant insurance.
