The Highland Council is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic improvement initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects and programmes, driving digital transformation, and ensuring the successful implementation of our operational delivery plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver strategic improvement projects and programmes, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation and process improvements.
- Develop and implement effective project management methodologies and tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years' experience in project and programme management, with a significant proportion in digital transformation or ICT related fields.
- Educated to degree level in a numerate/business/digital and technology related subject, or relevant industry-specific qualification(s), or extensive relevant proven experience.
