About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Apprenticeships Coordinator to join our Emerging Talent & Careers team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our direct-entry apprentices to develop and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and analyse our Emerging Talent & Careers portal, creating regular reports to inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with various departments to identify apprenticeship opportunities and procure new providers where required.
  • Review learner evaluation forms to ensure providers are delivering high-quality programmes that meet business needs.
  • Coordinate learner registrations, progress monitoring, certifications, and internal/external meetings.
  • Develop and deliver learning and development materials, including lunch and learns, and awareness sessions.
  • Liaise with training providers and key partners to ensure our colleagues and learners receive a high-quality service and development.
Requirements
  • Good understanding of apprenticeships and their application.
  • Experience in planning and coordinating programmes and projects.
  • Strong IT, administrative, organisational, task management, and time management skills.
