Job Title: Apprenticeship Recruitment Specialist

Protocol National Limited is seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in empowering individuals to embark on fulfilling career paths.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate candidate information sessions, including parent information sessions, to increase the supply of candidates for all vacancies.
  • Deliver effective induction sessions to new apprentices and employers, ensuring a smooth transition and successful partnership.
  • Provide candidates with relevant information, advice, and guidance on vacancies and general apprenticeship information, supporting them in making informed decisions.
  • Support candidates with CV and application development, as well as interview techniques, to enhance their employability.
  • Create sector-specific talent pools from new and existing approved applications, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates.
  • Ensure that all approved applicants are put forward for the vacancy they have applied for and for future vacancies if required, maximizing the potential for successful placements.
  • Provide employers with recruitment updates and assist them where required, building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Promote vacancies both internally and externally using various methods, ensuring maximum visibility and reach.
Requirements:
  • Good administration skills and the ability to prioritize own workload.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or CV writing, with excellent communication skills and the ability to develop effective relationships with employers, students, parents, and carers.
  • Develop rapport and empathy, with a solution-focused approach to supporting candidates and employers.
