Role: Senior Project Manager

Industry: Built Environment - Life Sciences, Commercial Fit-out

Salary: £65,000 + £4,000 car allowance, bonus, pension, healthcare

Our client, a leading player in the life sciences sector, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a programme of works for a major pharmaceutical company.

The programme will comprise several smaller projects, including laboratory fit-out, clean rooms, commercial, and communal fit-out. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering real estate projects from inception to delivery, with experience in the life sciences, laboratory, and commercial fit-out sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of the programme of works, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
  • Manage a team of project managers and coordinators to deliver multiple projects simultaneously
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in a multi-disciplinary consultancy
  • Strong track record of delivering real estate projects from inception to delivery
  • Experience in the life sciences, laboratory, and commercial fit-out sectors
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
