Senior Project Manager

**Job Summary**

Carriera Limited is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a programme of works for a major pharmaceutical client. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering real estate projects from inception to delivery, with a focus on the life sciences, laboratory, and commercial fit-out sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the delivery of a programme of works for a major pharmaceutical client
* Manage a team of project managers and coordinators to ensure successful project delivery
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards

**Requirements**

* 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or real estate industry
* Strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
