Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Carriera Limited. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a programme of works for a major pharmaceutical client.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of project managers to deliver multiple projects simultaneously
- Develop and implement project management plans to ensure successful project delivery
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet their requirements
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy
- Strong track record of delivering real estate projects from inception to delivery
- Experience working in the life sciences, laboratory, and commercial fit-out sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competitive salary of £65,000 per annum
