Our client is seeking a senior project manager to assist with the delivery of a programme of works for a major pharmaceutical company. The programme will be managed by two programme managers, and the successful candidate will be responsible for bringing the programme to life. The programme will comprise smaller projects, including laboratory fit-out, clean rooms, commercial, and communal fit-out.


Working arrangements will be 3 days on-site and 2 days working from home or the office, depending on the candidate's location and business needs.


Requirements
  • Project management experience within a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy
  • Strong track record of delivering real estate projects from inception to delivery
  • Ideal experience within life sciences, laboratory, and commercial fit-out sectors
  • Experience working on NEC forms of contracts
  • Chartered status via MRICS or MCIOB is beneficial
