This role will involve overseeing the company's operations, including warehouse management, quality control, logistics, and 3PL operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a culture of Continuous Improvement to deliver the highest possible quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the warehouse, inspection/quality, logistics, and 3PL operations
- Lead a culture of Continuous Improvement to deliver the highest possible quality standards
- Manage all activities of the warehouse team, including remote-working employees
- Control documentation and records according to ISO requirements
- Taking the lead for all H&S matters and facilities management throughout the site
- Managing and coaching individual performance, including training and development
