We are seeking an exceptional Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Early Intervention Service and Kilburn Locality Community Mental Health Team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and manage complex mental health cases, providing expert clinical supervision to junior staff.
- Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring seamless transitions between community and hospital settings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care, including liaison with GPs, social services, and other healthcare providers.
- Contribute to service development, participating in clinical governance, quality improvement, and research initiatives.
- Provide education and training to junior staff, promoting best practices and evidence-based care.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist with:
MB BS or equivalent medical qualification.MRCPsych or equivalent approved by the Royal College of Psychiatrists.Full registration with the GMC and a licence to practise.Approved clinician status and S12 approval.Excellent clinical skills, knowledge, and experience in general psychiatry, with a strong bio-psycho-social perspective.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.What We OfferAs a Consultant Psychiatrist with our trust, you will enjoy a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
