Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) or equivalent qualification.
- Significant experience in an Emergency Department setting, preferably at Band 6 or 7 level.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local and national issues affecting nursing and midwifery.
