Senior Director of Asset Management and Safety

Job Summary:
Trinity Management is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Asset Management and Safety team. As the Senior Director of Asset Management and Safety, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our asset management strategy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving a culture of safety excellence within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a best-in-class asset management strategy that aligns with our business objectives and ensures the safe and efficient operation of our assets.
- Lead a high-performing team of asset management and safety professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and engineering, to ensure that asset management and safety practices are integrated into all aspects of our business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and industry partners, to ensure that our asset management and safety practices are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for our safety management system, ensuring that it is effective in identifying and mitigating risks, and that it is aligned with our business objectives.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure that our asset management and safety practices are effective and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and development opportunities to ensure that our asset management and safety professionals have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in asset management and safety leadership, with a strong track record of developing and implementing effective asset management strategies and safety management systems.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to asset management and safety.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and align asset management and safety practices with business objectives.
