Key Responsibilities:- Rota manage a team effectively
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of adults
- Supervise/Mentor staff
- Conduct performance and probation reviews
- Write and develop risk assessments
- Facilitate best interest reviews
- Oversee and monitor care and support plans
- Ensure the home's policies and procedures meet the required CQC key lines of enquiries
- Complete records in relation to accident/incidents and complaints
- Carry out accident and incident investigations
- Lead by example
- Ensure medication is administered as per policies and procedures and oversee stock control
You will need to hold a Level 3 NVQ in health and social care or equivalent. We are a great place to work, with like-minded individuals and a commitment to providing high-quality care. This is a post that requires you to work shifts on a rota basis, including bank holidays and weekends.
