About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Aftermarket team in Antrim. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide proactive communication and support to customers, ensuring they are informed of delivery and order status.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including production, planning, and logistics, to identify and drive solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Review and validate customer requests, assessing transportation modes and services to ensure optimal delivery.
  • Ensure proactive internal notification of customer delivery risks and external notification to customers on supply risks.
  • Resolve customer concerns and claims related to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Execute manual order entry processes with high accuracy and within required timelines.
  • Communicate with customers regarding inventory opportunities for earlier delivery.
  • Participate in reviews and investigations of root cause for customer short-payments.
  • Coordinate with planning and logistics teams to ensure execution of shipments and follow up with customer information.
Requirements
  • University degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple competing tasks and demands.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
