Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Sensata Technologies is a leading industrial technology company that develops sensors, sensor-based solutions, and other mission-critical products to create valuable business insights for customers and end users.

Job Summary:

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join our Aftermarket team based in Antrim. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information, support, and problem resolution to inquiries and order status.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the customer's main point of contact for delivery and order status.
  • Provide guidance to customers about quantities on stock, required time to produce and deliver.
  • Review customer requests related to production lead-time, assess transportation mode and service to be used based on customer coverage.
  • Ensure proactive internal notification of customer delivery risk and send external notifications to customers on supply risk.
  • Review and assist in the timely resolution of customer concerns/claims/care related to the delivery process.
  • Execute manual order entry process within required timelines and accuracy.
  • Communicate with customers in the event of inventory opportunities of supplying orders at an earlier time.
  • Participate in timely reviews and investigations of root cause for customer short-payments.
  • Coordinate with planning and logistics teams to ensure execution of shipments, per customer needs and requests.
Requirements:
  • A university degree required (i.e., Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
  • Strong communication skills; oral, written, and presentation.
  • Strong organization, planning, and time management skills to achieve results.
  • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity.
  • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization, including suppliers and/or external customers.
