Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue for the company through inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to identify business opportunities and close deals
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to negotiate and close sales
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar sales role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of the domestic and commercial services industry
- Basic pay £25,000 per annum
- Uncapped commission scheme
- Extra financial bonus based on targets met
