Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue for the company through inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to identify business opportunities and close deals
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to negotiate and close sales
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar sales role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of the domestic and commercial services industry
