Working Days: Monday to Friday, with shifts from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Annual Compensation: £29,744 (Overtime rate of £17.16 per hour after 50 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

This position is ideal for a proactive, organized, and diligent individual looking to gain comprehensive warehousing experience utilizing advanced technology at our new storage facility. Your responsibilities will include:

• Loading and Unloading Trucks: Safely and efficiently manage goods.
• Inventory Management: Utilize handheld scanners for picking and storage.
• Pallet and Box Handling: Organize goods to ensure smooth operations.
• Logistics Coordination: Allocate pallets and boxes for specific vehicles.
• Stock Control: Rotate and manage inventory within the warehouse.
• General Maintenance: Keep the warehouse and yard clean and organized.
• Receiving Shipments: Process incoming goods with care.
• Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and report any issues with machinery.
• Warehouse Cleanliness: Maintain a safe and tidy work environment.

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience in a Warehousing Environment
• Valid UK Driving License
• Counterbalance Forklift Certification (Required)
• Strong Communication, Organizational, and Problem-Solving Skills
• Proficient IT Skills for Warehouse Technology
• Able to Work Under Pressure and Manage Multiple Tasks
• Physically Fit and Committed
• Team-Oriented Attitude

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with Reach or Bendi Forklifts
