This role is pivotal in delivering both administrative and technical assistance to the Technical Division, ensuring that all reports and data align with organizational strategies, regulatory requirements, client expectations, and internal safety protocols.
The position emphasizes the creation and upkeep of robust data management systems to uphold both technical and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries through QADEX/Ideagen.
- Produce custom reports and document supplier discrepancies.
- Detect emerging patterns or critical issues.
- Relay customer feedback to the technical customer service team.
- Maintain documentation for the Quality Management System.
- Oversee document distribution and adherence.
- Ensure precise transitions prior to product launches.
- Confirm that new products are incorporated into testing timelines, particularly for label verification.
- Document audit findings and discrepancies.
- Recognize and report trends in Technical KPIs.
- Compile weekly and periodic reports, customer KPI summaries, and business information packages.
- Verify and archive certificates of analysis from suppliers.
- Support traceability efforts and gather shelf-life data for Technical approval.
- Initiate purchase orders and manage the receiving process.
- Procure laboratory supplies and record microbiological and chemical samples.
- Prepare for audits and site inspections, coordinating logistics as necessary.
