Key skills and experience:

\u2022 The ability to develop trusting and effective relationships and engage others through a coaching style.
\u2022 Expertise in organisation development and change.
\u2022 A risk-based approach and an improvement mindset.
\u2022 Experience in working effectively in complex trade unionised organisations and fostering positive partnership working.
\u2022 Understanding of the breadth and complexity of the NHS and Welsh context.
