Avison Young is seeking an experienced Strategic Urban Planner Leader to drive our growth plans with new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in assisting with business planning, strategy setting, and implementation, driving organisational growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with business planning and strategy implementation, driving organisational growth and profitability.
  • Helping maintain financial controls at both project and team levels.
  • Managing, coaching, and developing more junior people within the team, motivating team members and driving high levels of performance.
  • Ensuring exceptional service is provided to existing clients and managing client relationships.
  • Generating new business in line with our business plan.

Requirements:
  • Leadership/management skills and the ability to mentor and develop junior members of staff.
  • First-rate client-facing skills with the ability to present and communicate at senior levels and across a range of stakeholders.
  • Business development skills with a track record in winning new work.
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to build contacts across the sector.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
