**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Executive Director of Partnerships and Advocacy. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our partnerships and influence, extend our reach, and grow our income.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our partnerships strategy, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving our advocacy efforts to shape policy and services across the UK.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement a partnerships strategy to drive growth and income
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including charities, businesses, and government agencies
  • Lead our advocacy efforts to shape policy and services across the UK
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement our operating model
