About the Role

Tesco's Pharmacy Managers play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and services to our customers. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and supporting staff to provide high-quality services, including prescription supply, NHS and private services, and healthcare advice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver excellent patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other store teams to ensure a smooth and consistent experience for customers and patients.
  • Manage pharmacy operations, including stock replenishment, range management, and administration.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a pharmacy setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and services.
