About the Role
Tesco is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing our pharmacy team, ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service and deliver high-quality healthcare services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure that we deliver high-quality services to our customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage the pharmacy's operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and staff scheduling.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as store management and HR, to ensure that we are meeting our business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in pharmacy management.
Requirements
- Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Proven experience in pharmacy management, preferably in a retail or community pharmacy setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
