Assistant Accounts Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Accounts Administrator to join our team at The Recruitment Co. Careers. As an Assistant Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our accounts department with various tasks, including excel data reports and analysis, orders and return processing, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the accounts department with excel data reports and analysis, orders and return processing, using SAGE 200 for day-to-day duties.
  • Manage the Amazon account, using the Amazon EDI system to input invoices for each country, raise disputes when charges are applied, and deal with product returns.
  • Provide excellent customer service, with a good telephone manner and ability to deal with customer enquiries.
  • Process company credit card statements on a excel sheet using pivot tables to total nominals.
  • Aid in company quarterly stock take.
  • Confirm receipt of ball purchase orders.
  • Use company portals to process orders, from receiving order to invoicing.
  • Set up new customers on SAGE 200 and check VAT and EORI numbers using government/EU approved directories.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in SAGE 200 and Amazon EDI system.
  • Basic knowledge of excel and pivot tables.
